A word about the name
We call it Kali HR because that's what the trade calls it, and that's how people look for it. But you won't read « resource », « headcount » or « human capital » here: these are people, they have first names, and this module exists so their week is clear.
What usually happens
The rota lives in a spreadsheet, goes out by message, and gets argued about on Saturday morning: « I never got it ». Expense receipts pile up in a folder, and contracts sleep in a cabinet.

A standard week is kept as a template and applied. The next one starts from the last: you adjust, you don't start over.
The rota goes out, and it's traced
As a PDF, to each person or to the whole team. The send is recorded: who got what, and when. No more « I never got it ».
An official rota imports as it is
The one that comes from elsewhere — a chain's file, a manager's spreadsheet — comes in without retyping, and becomes editable.
The expense receipt is photographed
The receipt is snapped, its lines are read, the amount files itself. What is reimbursable and what isn't shows straight away.
Every document finds its person
Contract, amendment, certificate, notice: filed on the right record, downloadable — and company-wide documents in one place for everyone.
Leave and time off count themselves
Balances stay current on their own. And what goes to payroll reaches the accountant without anyone retyping a line.
What it does not do
Three things stay outside this module. Saying so first avoids the wrong expectation — and reassures your team.
It does not produce payslips
Payroll stays with your accountant: it's their trade and their responsibility. This module sends them what they need and files the payslips that come back.
It does not monitor anyone
No minute-by-minute clocking, no location, no tracking. It holds rotas and documents, not people.
It does not decide any hire
No CV sorting, no scoring, no recommendation to let someone go. Those decisions stay conversations between humans.
